How to add ClaricoQUOTE Users

ClaricoQUOTE users can be added and managed with any Admin User. All new setups are created with at least one Admin User.

To create additional users, log in with your Admin Account. 

First, navigate to the Setup Menu and select 'Users' under Users & Permissions. 

Second, select New User and fill in the new user information. 

Select the "User Type". This can either be:

• Quote User - This User Type will be able to access all quoting features of ClaricoQUOTE.
• Sales User - This User Type can view and create quote requests, but cannot edit or create quotes. 
• View Only User - This User Type will be able to access only your ClaricoQUOTE Consoles. You can create as many Console users as you choose. However, you have to have "ClaricoQUOTE Consoles" set up in your ClaricoQUOTE Instance. If no Consoles exists, Console Users will not have any functionality. You can only create as many "ClaricoQUOTE Consoles" as the number of "Console Licenses" that you have purchased. 
• API User - This User Type will be able to access all production AND quoting features of ClaricoQUOTE. However, you can only create as many "Production Users" as the number of "Production User Licenses" that you have purchased.

Create the user. 

Once the User is created, make sure to edit the user and assign the new user to a "User Group". User Groups are used to dictate and manage access and edit rights through the ClaricoQUOTE system.
