Setup > Users & Permissions  > Groups

ClaricoQUOTE users can be assigned to groups. Various levels of permissions and access can be assigned to users through the use of groups. 

Groups can be set up by navigating to the 'Groups' section on the Setup screen. 



There are several predefined groups available as well as the ability to add custom groups. 
Predefined groups are customizable. 



Predefined Groups

Admin: full access to all options. Users can view, create, edit or delete any items. 
Console: typically an API user with access only to API calls.
Power User: Power users can view, create, edit and delete items as well as approve quotes.
User: Users can view, create and edit items, but cannot delete items or approve quotes.
View Only: can view current and past quotes; does not have the ability to edit or enter quotes or make any changes to operations or settings.

Custom Groups

To add a new group, select 'New Group', enter the Group Name and select appropriate permission level for each option. 

View: Users can only view this option. 
Create: Users can create this option.
Edit: Users can edit existing options.
Delete: Users can delete existing options.
Special: available on only select options. 



Scroll to end of page and 'Save' to confirm changes.
