Internal Rep

Setup > Account & Access > Internal Rep

Internal Reps allow ClaricoQUOTE users to reference an employee to a quote. Internal Reps are not ClaricoQUOTE users and do not have access to the platform.  They are typically sales representatives who may have requested a quote on behalf of a customer or potential customer. 

To add an Internal Rep, navigate to the 'Internal Rep' section of Users & Permissions on the Setup menu. Here you can add the name, location and email of the internal rep.
