Setup > Organization Setup > Sales Terms
This is the master list of all available sales terms. Here you can set the default Terms when creating a new quote.
If a sales Term is assigned to an Organization then the sales term that is assigned to that organization will be used when you select an organization for the quote.
If no term is set then the default term will be used.
